A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
At sauziar.us, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at support@sauziar.us. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@sauziar.us. Replacement delivery times may vary based on your location.
D. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only if the item received is damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. For exchange requests, please reach out to us at support@sauziar.us.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We are pleased to inform you that no restocking fees apply to returned items.
F. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.If you do not receive your refund within 15 days, kindly contact us at support@sauziar.us.
Note: If the return issue is due to customer error, the customer will bear responsibility.
G. UNUSED DISCOUNTS
Refunds will not be granted for discount codes that were not used at checkout. Discounts must be applied before completing your purchase. We recommend carefully reviewing and applying any available offers before finalizing your order.
